Here, you can see an evocative and artistic post-wedding shoot in Tarifa, Cadiz. It is an ideal location to produce the perfect session with a beautiful landscape.

Obviously the light is different in every season of the year. Autumn is now here and with its arrival we have new atmospheres, new textures and new colours.

In the autumn, natural light has a special quality. The sun is not so high in the sky and is closer to the earth than in summer. It doesn’t flatten things in the same way, on the contrary, it produces a contrast of lights and shadows and defines shapes much better.

If we compare this shoot with the previous one, we can see a noticeable difference between the light in summer and autumn. Both were shot in Tarifa, at approximately the same time of day, and even some of the locations are the same. However, the atmosphere, textures, colours and most importantly, the results are different.

I always say that there are different treatments (Lightroom) for the same photo, even more so when the photos have been taken at different times of the year. The importance of good processing is finding the perfect balance between the location, the couple and how we want to display the whole mix.
